Abstract
This article presents a case study on the estimating of the optimal service inspection intervals for German brand passenger cars in Kazakhstan. The article examines the following companies and types of passenger cars Audi A6, Q5, Q8, Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne coupe, Volkswagen Passat, Polo, Teramont, Tiguan, and Touareg. This research contributes to service inspection optimization and enhances the accuracy and efficiency of service inspection scheduling for German brand cars in Kazakhstan. To assess the deviation between optimal and actual values, two methods were employed: the first based on the criterion of a recommended mileage of 15,000 kilometers, and the second based on a time frame of 365 days. The article proved that based on statistics, the Volkswagen Touareg (118) and Tiguan (117) exhibit the highest deviations between actual and optimal values, suggesting the possibility of extending service intervals and delaying technical maintenance. Conversely, the Porsche Cayenne Coupe (-46) and Audi Q5 (-57) demonstrate the smallest discrepancies, indicating a need for earlier maintenance than the recommended intervals. These findings highlight the importance of considering individual vehicle models when determining service schedules to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
