Article deals with the Finite Element Analysis of the plastic riveted joint of the cars´s door panel. In this article is described technology of plastics riveting. Also deals with creation various designs of riveted joint. The purpose is to find the optimal design of riveted joint to achieve a higher strength for static tensile test with using statistical method Six Sigma.
