Abstract


This paper deals with numerical simulation of welding of 5000 series aluminium alloy. The influence of preheating temperature and welding trajectory eccentricity is studied on T-joint seam weld. The residual stresses, phase proportions and structural distortions are  studied as functions of preheating temperature and welding trajectory eccentricity.
