The paper presents a proprietary solution for the monitoring of utility characteristics, product quality, analysis of the size of the particles being grinded. The process of aquisition, analyzing and processing data on state indicators is based on computer support in the LabVIEW software environment. The measuring system supports the following grinding technology stations: precision, rotary-vibratory, six-roller, multi-disc grinding. In addition to the determination of functional characteristics, the system allows you to research, develop and learn about ideas, constructions, shredding technologies, grinding. The essence of the technical system, including the grinding measuring system, is to ensure effective data flow in the grinding space and to ensure proper procedures to achieve the assumed level of knowledge of the entire technical system, in the context of specified development and progress needs.
