Abstract
The aim of the work is to analyze the physical properties of samples from semi-crystalline polymeric materials produced using 3D printing. The materials were analyzed for their mechanical, thermal properties and fracture structure. The samples were obtained using 3D printing technology on the SIGNAL printer - ATMAT. The following polymeric materials used to make the samples:
TPU-thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, ABS-copolymer acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, Laywood, PET-ethylene terephthalane, PLA-poly (lactic acid). The tests were carried out on samples produced with optimal printing parameters, which were selected experimentally. Tests of tensile strength, hardness, thermal properties and fracture structure on digital microscope of samples were made.
