Abstract

This paper presents the development of MATLAB software for fatigue damage analysis of materials is a key step to improve the accuracy of lifetime predictions of machine parts subjected to cyclic loading. The Dang - Van, Findley and Von Mises hypotheses will be applied to assess the level of fatigue damage. The task will be to generate random time load functions and implement them in mathematical models created based on the finite element method (FEM). Such an approach allows an efficient integration of numerical methodologies with the visualization of the results directly on FE models, enabling a detailed theoretical analysis of fatigue processes in the investigated objects of interest.
